- Identify functions of the Service Plan
- Define the importance of the Individual Services and Supports Plans (ISSPs)
- Apply basic guidelines throughout all forms of documentation
- Demonstrate how to write a detailed, factual Incident Report and Case Note
- Understand how to use Staff Communication Logs
- Recognize the Community Participation Log and Behavioral Risk Assessment Log
