The course teaches the importance of person-centered thinking surrounding documentation. Learn to:

  • Identify functions of the Service Plan
  • Define the importance of the Individual Services and Supports Plans (ISSPs)
  • Apply basic guidelines throughout all forms of documentation
  • Demonstrate how to write a detailed, factual Incident Report and Case Note
  • Understand how to use Staff Communication Logs
  • Recognize the Community Participation Log and Behavioral Risk Assessment Log
