Key Leadership


Joanne Johns

Director of Human Resources

Joanne has extensive experience in many areas of HR, most recently holding both corporate and plant operations roles at CertainTeed Corporation.  Her prior experience includes the managed staffing services and document management industries.  Joanne approaches her role as a partner to those she supports. Through collaborating and building positive relationships with all employees, she works to ensure the best possible outcome to every situation. Alongside her team, Joanne provides direction and leadership with performance management, succession planning, workforce planning, HR related training and metrics, total rewards, employee relations, and other HR initiatives. Joanne received a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.  She is also a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a certified trainer in DiSC behavioral assessments.
