Serious Work-Life Balance

  • Our office is closed on Fridays!
  • We work Monday – Thursdays. Yay 3-day weekends!
  • Most positions are full-time (with all the benefits included) at 36-hours/week.
  • We’re flexible with most schedules.
  • Wanna work remotely from time to time? We offer that for some positions.

Medical, Dental, Vision and Other Insurance

  • Medical Plans – you’ve got options with 2 plans from Kaiser Permanente for you and your family.
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) – available if you enroll in our high-deductible medical plan (and we’ll fund your account at the beginning of the year!)
  • Dental Plans – 2 options with plans from Assurant Dental (pearly whites for the family are covered too)!
  • Vision Plan – Assurant Vision will cover you and your loved ones’ peepers.
  • Life, Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance – we’ll cover you with $10K in our employer-paid life insurance plan.
  • Short-Term Disability Insurance – stuff happens. We’ll help cover some of your earnings with our employer-paid plan due to disabilities caused by an accident or illness.
  • Long-Term Disability Insurance – and even more stuff can happen! If you’re considered totally disabled, our employer-paid plan can help.
    Supplemental Insurance – various products like Accidental Death, Critical Illness and Accident Insurance for you and your family.

Saving for Retirement

  • We’ve partnered with MassMutual and designed a 401(k) investment plan for you.
  • Start contributing the 1st of the month after your 60th day of employment.
  • After a year with us, we’ll match your contributions, up to 4% of your pay!

Paid Time Off & Holiday Pay

  • Vacation and sick days – it’s an easy, all-in-1 here with PTO (Paid Time Off).
  • After 90 days of employment, you’ll start accruing PTO – up to 141 hours (almost 16 days in your first year with us)!
  • After 2 years and again after 7 years, accrual rates for PTO increase – you deserve that time off!
  • You’ll get 6 paid holidays throughout the year.
  • Funeral Bereavement Leave – the loss of a loved one can be tough – receive up to 36 hours of leave.

Onsite Gym Facilities

  • Stay healthy and get your fitness on for free! No cost to you to use the gym…
  • 2 state-of-the-art gym facilities at both office locations (Inverness and Aurora).
  • Group walking and/or fitness classes are offered at various times throughout the year.

Tuition Reimbursement Program

  • We’ll help you further your education or training with our program.
  • Get up to $5K max for undergrad courses and certification programs and up to $7500 max for grad courses!
  • We’ll reimburse for tuition and registration fees.
  • It’s available to all employees after 1 year of employment.

Leadership Development & Training

  • We want to cultivate the best managers and leaders via strategic, relevant and impactful learning paths.
  • We’ve developed a signature “Risin’ up to Management” leadership series for our supervisors and above.

Some important stuff to know:
